Which Australia Post account do I need?
Either MyPost Business or an eParcel Contract account works. Most higher-volume customers run eParcel; smaller operations stay on MyPost Business. OpsUI configures against whichever you already have.
Is StarTrack handled separately?
Yes. StarTrack is its own brand inside the Australia Post group, with its own integration page in OpsUI. If you dispatch on both, you can run them side-by-side from the same dispatch queue.
